Don't Let MOLD Take Over

In this before and after photo you will see a homeowners basement that had a huge MOLD problem.  SERVPRO of Redondo/Manhattan Beach was able to help out this client.

The Homeowner was living over seas and came back to his LA home, to find it being taken over by this ugly monster.

If you can keep a relative humidity maintained between 30% to 50% to prevent MOLD growth... Do it!

MOLD usually grows where there's moister and not enough ventilation.

Checking to make sure you don't have any leaks throughout your property can prevent mold growth and can save you lots of $$$.

Always remember to keep that humidity level between 30%-50% and you should be fine.

Eliminating the moisture source is the first step at fungal remediation. Removal of affected materials may also be necessary for remediation.

Professional drying of concealed wall cavities and enclosed spaces such as cabinet toe-kick spaces may be required. Post-remediation verification of moisture content and fungal growth is required for successful remediation.
