Water Damaged Caused From Heavy Storm

This Condo was hit pretty hard when we had severe winds and heavy rain in Los Angeles a few months back in 2017.

The wind caused some significant damage's to the roof, and caused water damage to the ceiling of this homeowners beautiful condominium. 

Luckily they acted quick and called out SERVPRO of Redondo/Manhattan Beach to inspect, other wise they could've been dealing with mold growth and a higher bill to pay.

Living in beautiful Los Angeles we tend to forget about the roofs of our homes since we don't get to much rain. If you can inspect the roof of your home twice a year for any damages, you could save yourself the headache from a situation like this...
