Summertime Heat

With the summer season approaching soon, protecting ourselves from the extreme heat need to be considered. Most especially the elderly, children and overweight persons.  In order to prepare and prevent high heat temperatures to stay indoors with the air conditioning, pets should also be kept inside and mainly keep yourself hydrated with plenty of water.  

Preparing your home for extreme heat is also important.  Here are some tips in keeping your home from extreme heat:

• Cover your windows with drapes, the windows where the morning and afternoon sun enter.  
• Make sure HVAC duct and insulation are intact.
• Install window air conditions tightly.
