What type of water damage are you dealing with?

Category 1..2..or 3?? When dealing with water damage its crucial to know what category you're dealing with for proper mitigation.

Category 1

This is defined as water that originates from a sanitary water source and does not pose substantial risk from ingestion, or inhalation exposure.

Sources of water:  Water heater bursts, falling rain water, ice maker lines, Supply lines, etc.

Category 2

Sources of water: Drain lines from dishwashers Washing machines, toilet overflows, broken aquariums, etc.
